Madison Strickland is a results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in brand strategy, experiential marketing, and digital content creation. At LoVerde Law, Madison oversees all aspects of the firm's marketing initiatives from developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to managing social media strategy, SEO, and website content.
Madison's goal is to implement a strategic and creative marketing approach that increases online visibility, generates qualified leads, and builds trust with
potential clients. Before moving into legal marketing, Madison honed her skills in the experiential and brand marketing space, coordinating over 200 activations for clients like Aetna, Condé Nast, and Airbnb. She brings a unique blend of agency and in-house experience, with a sharp eye for storytelling, design, and audience engagement. Her experience with high-profile brands and consumer-facing events translates seamlessly into creating authentic, compelling campaigns in the legal field.
Madison holds a strong passion for connecting people to the services they need and takes pride in crafting marketing strategies that drive impact, reinforce credibility, and resonate with the community.
Ky Smith
Paralegal

Ky has been a paralegal for over a year and has built a strong foundation in personal injury law since the start of his career. He also brings experience in criminal defense, medical malpractice, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and nursing home negligence. He particularly enjoys working on liens, as he recognizes the vital role they play in the personal injury process and takes pride in helping alleviate that burden for clients.
He began his collegiate journey playing volleyball at Missouri Valley College before
transferring to Iowa State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Work along with his paralegal certification. Outside of the office, he enjoys competing in volleyball, running, playing video games, volunteering, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Faith Dallo
Law Clerk

Faith is entering her second year at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she is actively involved in the Student Bar Association and serves on the Criminal Law Mock Trial Team. She earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Law, Justice, and Public Policy.
Faith brings valuable experience from her time working at a personal injury law firm, where her passion for litigation and client advocacy truly took root. She’s excited to
build on that foundation and gain hands-on experience with our team.
Zach Safer
Law Clerk

Zach is a current 3L at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he’s also a member of the Sports Law Negotiation Competition Team. Throughout law school, he’s gained valuable experience through externships and clerkships with Chicago Public Schools, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where he worked for Hon. Judge Sara L. Ellis.
Before law school, Zach earned his B.A. in Sociology and Criminology from Butler University. A proud Chicago native from
the western suburbs, he began his career at Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila LLP, working in the firm’s billing department for two years before pursuing his law degree.
